Step 1 : Free Consultation

You call and we arrange a free consultation to discuss possible web solutions for your business

Step 2 : Purchase domain name & hosting package

Next we purchase your domain name and hosting package.

What is domain name? - Your domain name will be the web address of your website eg. www.domainname.com. It can be .ie , .com, .org, .net ,etc. Each type of domain name are different prices. For an Irish company most will be either .ie or .com. We will help you choose the right name for you if you are unsure what to call your website. Your domain name can have a bearing on how high up the rankings you come in google.

What is hosting? - Every website needs a web hosting package for their website. There are hundreds of companies that provide this service and each has loads of different packages. We pick the right package for you once we know all your websites needs. A hosting package is basically the space on the internet that your website is stored in.

*Both your domain name and hosting package are paid annually but the first year will be included in your quote from us*

Step 3 : We then plan the content, layout and colors of your website

After we get your ideas on color, layout and content we will discuss them with you before we go off and design a layout for your website. When we have the basic layout designed we will come back to you to get your views and options on it to see what aspects you like and wht you dont.

Step 4 : You sign off on the layout of the website

After we have the layout designed we will come back to you to confirm that it matches your needs and expectations. Once you sign off on the layout we will go and fill in all your content ad pictures.

Step 5 : We fill in all your required content including pictures and text

After you've signed off on the layout we will fill in all the content into the website before coming back to you with a completed design to make sure it meets all your expectations.

Step 6 : Show you final design to make sure its what you expected

When all the content is entered into the website we will come back and show it to you to make sure it is what you were expecting and we wil make any final changes you require.

Step 7 :SEO - Search Engine Optimisation

What is SEO? - Search engine optimization is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" ("organic" or "algorithmic") search results for targeted keywords. We will optimise your site for search enginues like google before your site goes live through things like keywords, meta tags, headers, blogs, etc. There is also the route of paying to advertise on google which can be discuss more when you call.

Having a website look nice alone today without considering SEO is not really worth much to a company unless customers are looking for your company in particular. The majority of business is now done over the web and when people are looking for a product or service the first place they look now is on the web. Step 8 : Site goes live

We then publish your site to net under the domain name you purchased. Their is the option for ongoing maintanenance at an addition cost or there is the option to set up a CMS (Content Management System) to allow you the customer to update your own website.
